Ensure that Institutions and collaborators in South Asia (specifically in Nepal, India, and Bangladesh) have a clearer understanding of the CGIAR transition and new model. Identify and align on priority collaboration areas, agreeing on the best blend of collaboration mechanisms, as well as joint ways forward for strengthening partnership and engagement.

Series of dialogues - 2 days in Nepal, 2 days in India, 1 day in Bangladesh, co-created with CGIAR, in which CGIAR and partners identified focus areas and mechanisms for collaboration through actively listening to key actors' perspectives on topics such as Agriculture Research for Development (AR4D), capacity needs, and advocacy priorities.
