Aligning on a common ambition and destination, articulated through a WorldFish narrative and Theory of Change, that enables the operationalisation of its 2030 Strategy, clearly outlining the targets, priorities and pathways to achieve it.

Convene designed and curated a 3-day leadership retreat in Penang, Malaysia, that brought together the Worldfish Management Team and provided a space for collective learning, alignment and commitment forward. All in the context of the One CGIAR Research & Innovation Strategy and the need to align the World Fish strategy by articulating and designing a theory of change and results framework reflecting their 2020-2030 plan.
