Deliberate Dialogue brings together diverse and unusual blends of people around a common wicked problem, creating the conditions for them to let go of entrenched positions, share their knowledge and perspectives, and from there align on concrete solutions for impact.

In curated safe and brave spaces, dialoguers pivot away from siloed conversations with unambitious consensus, towards vision-led solution pathways where common destinations towards positive systems change are reached.

What is Deliberate Dialogue?

What we do

Convene creates the unique third spaces for dialoguers to unlock wicked problems and stay focused on results.

We gather together startling blends of critical actors in these safe and brave spaces, creating the conditions for them to effectively invest their collective efforts. We pay particular attention to preparing the dialogue space; once established to curating it, and once completed ensuring an environment of mutual accountabilities and commitment to action.

We partner with organisations who have  both convening power and a convening mandate, challenging them to raise their ambition, develop further their convening capacities and take some risks. Together, we co-create the spaces of multi-actor deliberate dialogue.

We need to act fast and we need to do it together. So all the more importance for dialogue!
